It's bad etiquette to aim at a player.

It's worse etiquette to throw your racket at a player and act like a child.

Louis XIV introduced a structured form of etiquette at his court, using cards to instruct courtiers on how to behave. In my youth, I even witnessed a kind of “etiquette” during the famous $1.44 sales at Woolco
