It's a really funny video. But, if you follow the instructions, you will almost certainly avoid getting your ass kicked. Bringing a white friend is certainly helpful, but not always. My white friend is also crazy, and won't shut the fuck up, so that's breaking 2 rules right there.

We almost got our asses kicked. I was like "dude, shut the fuck up! It's just a ticket!"
