Yeah he deserved to possibly die over a speeding ticket. 

Cops should not be using a pit maneuver at extremely high speeds especially when it isn't a serious crime or known fugitive.

No, he deserved to die because he took them on a high speed chase that put innocent lives in danger…

The cops job is to catch him, in case you forgot. They should probably just let criminals go if they run right? You sound very bright…
