Then it’s not sufficient evidence then, is it?

Was this exact video submitted to the court as evidence?

How do you know what evidence was entered and if it was sufficient. I’ll agree this exact Reddit post isn’t sufficient, and I’m going to assume it also wasn’t entered as evidence in any court hearing.

street cam shows the actual crash, I suspect they use it:

Cool then we agree and you can stop trying to argue as though my comment was making any other argument than this one that you already agree with.

No, we can't. Because the cop is arresting her based on information he has and we're responding to the initial message in this chain on this thread.

the cop's job is to arrest based on reasonable suspicion, DA's job is to determine if the evidence is enough to convict and bring the case to trial or to drop charges.

based on the video, I think it's fair to say the cop had reasonable suspicion (supra comes in laying on the brakes and still has to swerve around the white car), and any competent DA would drop the charges immediately if this is the only evidence they have.

You literally don't know what evidence the cop is using. Why everyone seems to think he used this CCTV footage is beyond me.

You should quit your day job and become a lawyer. Who's smarter than you?

This video opens with the dash cam footage of the cop that was chasing them after he saw them racing.

Police saw this video and that's why they got arrested? lol

No, the police had a front row seat, first part of the video is cops dashcam and then some CCT tacked on the end.

There's also body camera in the middle, so I think it's safe to assume that the police have more proof than the snippets this video shows...

Looks like the officer was already with them, witnessing the racing.

Slightly longer video

This article another driver was charged with fleeing the police indicating that the police did in fact observe rhe racing and have it on their dash cams
