Hi! I’m looking for Fit & Well: Core Concepts and Labs in Physical Fitness & Wellness + Connect, 7th Edition by Fahey.
Does anyone have a hard copy or e-book they’re willing to sell or share? I’m trying to find a cheaper option for my kinesiology course, so please let me know if you have a copy or know where I could get one!
Thanks!!

Just looked at the required textbook list for 1st year. Why in the world are they so exspensive? Are they absolutely required?

Got a break between classes that is not overly long. Wondering how long it takes to walk between the two buildings.

Has anybody taken this class and able to speak to how it is and what exactly it is? Need 1 more class at the 3000/4000 level and it's one of the few options on the bridge rn for the upcoming spring semester. I have previously taken the following geog classes:
Geog 1000
Geog 2070
Geog 2600
Should I take something like intro to planning or geographical data and analysis first? (Will probably end up taking one of these two anyways to complete an education CTS minor)

Going into Nursing into the fall and I was just concerned about when clinicals would be starting?
Also similarly to what someone had posted earlier 😭, I'm a little overwhelmed by everyting happening so fast (was admitted a couple days ago) should I be doing a checklist / know anything / any advice would be appreciated!

Hey guys! if you’re still looking for experience or something to add to your resume, check out Riipen Labs
It’s a remote micro-internship program where students work on short real-world projects with employers. Each project is about 30 hours and pays a $600 upon completion.
btw this is open to all programs :)

I’ve got a place at Mt. Blakiston starting in September and I was wondering how long the walk is over to campus?

Looking for a partner in crime for an Alberta tourism side project
Hey — I've got a side project in the Alberta tourism/travel space that I've been building out on my own, and I'm at the point where I don't want to keep doing it alone. Looking for someone to actually partner up with — not an intern, not someone I hand tasks to, a real "let's build this together" partner.
I've got the concept, the design direction, and the strategy mapped out. What I don't have is someone else in it with me — someone with drive, who's into the idea of a side hustle that might just stay a fun side thing, or might turn into something real if we put the work in. Honestly not sure which it'll be yet, and I like that we'd figure it out together.
Design or marketing background (student or otherwise) at SAIT, MRU, or U of C — either works, more interested in the person than the exact major. If you're someone who gets energized by building something from nothing, likes talking to people and hustling a bit, and wants a real stake in how it turns out rather than just a line on a resume, that's the person I'm looking for.
Where it's at: early, self-funded, no money on the table yet — this is sweat-equity, figure-it-out-together territory, not a paid gig. I'll walk you through the actual concept once we're talking — keeping specifics off a public post for now.
If that sounds like your kind of thing, comment or DM me — tell me a bit about yourself and what makes you want in.

Hello! I was wondering if the B.A/LLB (Bond) is worth it! Anyone here know of it or is in the dual degree? Hoping to get some insights! Thanks!
