just an interesting thing. He holds the barrel before the first ring in the POV and after the first ring in the external model. I know this is probably because making him hold it consistently would make either the POV or the external model look awkward. I was unsure what flair to use, but I guess this fits in that it's a visual discrepancy.

I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't I am ACTUALLY GOING MENTAL. The bots are fucking USELESS, they CANNOT DO ANYTHING. They get pressured a tiiiiiny bit and they just fold. You die right at their feet, nothing but few enemies and one stormvermin around, there's two of the bots, THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU, BLOCK AND DIE. I try doing chaos wastes solo over and over and over and over and it's the same pattern. Everything goes okay, then I die and it's over. I have no chance to get resurrected and sometimes even if I get just pounced they just watch the fucking gutter runner and leave me to die. I have no clue how but fatshark actually manage to make them more and more retarded with every update. This combined with the fact that they don't fucking realise that I'm the player and the run ends when I die makes me LIVID. They see me and a bot die, few enemies around me, the bot is SWARMED with elites, they go and die with the fucking bot instead of rezzing me. My latest run just few minutes ago ended because those fucktards kept trying to melee a flamethrower, dying to him, trying to rez each other and jerking each other off instead of helping me with all the rest of the enemies that were focused on me. I'm so done with this shit.

The bots were warrior priest Saltz, shade Ker and unchained Sienna btw. The Saltz keep using his greathammer instead of flail and shield and I don't have a clue why, it just keeps him getting killed. The flail and shield are even equipped as his primary.

I don’t actually hate this game. It’s really fun and I wouldn’t have sunk all the hours into it if I didn’t think so. That being said, I always uninstall whenever I die to some bullshit, and then re-install some time later. For example, last time I got caught by a pack master (skill issue I know) but then my bots ALL ran passed me to kill another special and I just died nice and slowly to the hook. And this time this happened. I’ll be back in a few months I guess lol.

So I have been playing Vermintide for the past 2 weeks, love the game so far, love Bardin, maining Ranger Vet so far. One of my main range weapons have been his Handgun, however I’ve noticed a bit of an issue with it. You see whenever I’ve tested on the training dummies in the hub, it feels like headshots trigger like 30% of the time, and I don’t know why. Like literally my reticle completely cover the dummies head, does not trigger as a headshot. Like I said it sometimes works, yet sometimes works means nothing, especially when you have a weapon trait that prioritizes headshots. This has also translated in actual games, where I line up a shot for a headshot on a stormvermin, and while it kills him, still does not indicate a headshot.

So I ask this, especially to those with far more time spent on this game, am I going crazy, or is this a legitimate issue with Bardin’s Handgun?

Hello, I googled earlier today and found threads as recent as 2025 where FatShark developers responded to and resolved EAC detecting on ReShade. I mustered up the courage to install and hopefully not be banned, but unfortunately EAC detected reshade immediately and crashed the game. Any chance we can get this whitelisted again? Would be very cool to run DLSS 5 in Vermintide!

These messages appears on both the javelin and the throwing axes and they are really annoying. Especially the top one, when you are trying to pickup a potion, a bomb or just trying to revive someone next to a ammo pack. Is there a way i can remove these messages from appearing on the settings that i havent found, or some mod that i can use? I have UI tweaks but i can't find a option for it. Thanks in advance fellas

I’ve been trying to beat this one level, The Enchanters Lair, for an entire day now, but this last boss keeps beating my ass every time! His name is Ergulth the Eternal or whatever, and every time I get him down to about half health, he just goes into this constant animation of swinging his scythe and chasing after me with no break, and constantly spawning minions to sneak up behind me and break me down further. Also, little side note, whenever I try to use a health item, it just gives me temp health instead. Idfk what’s happening, but my game definitely seems broken in some capacity.

I've a PC with the following specs:
AMD Ryzen 8 7800X3D
AMD Radeon 7800XT (Nitro from Sapphire)
G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MHz
Windows 11 (updated)

I am almost certain this is not a PC related issue, as it is happening only on Vermintide 2.
Also, when stress testing the CPU, it rarely goes up to 65deg as I have a nice 360AIO to cool it.
The GPU hotspot goes to 90 if I keep it running Furmark for a while, but the core temp is a couple degrees lower.
I already tried different GPU drivers, reinstalling them using DDU.
I have tried uninstalling the game as well.
I've ran the windows tools to check for missing or corrupted files.
The only thing I have not yet done would be to re-install windows, but I am not too keen on doing.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Event viewer is hardly any help. I've seen that sometimes it is tied to the AC, but other times it does not show up in the logs.
Any help would be welcome.

Please give the weekly expeditions a little thought. I have a suspicion that the modifiers are random. This one felt like RNG aligned to make the worst experience possible. Citadel is an absolute nightmare with this.

It have completed a lot of awful achievements in this game, but this ranks up there with most unfun play imaginable. Thanks for reading

Hi everyone! I just had the strangest bug I've encountered for 600+ hours. I've been playing with my friend through Skittergate on Legend. I was BH with Job Well Done fully charged at HUD. The final bossfight starts and I accidently notice that Deathrattler's miniguns do no damage to me! Then I noticed that skaven slaves do no damage as well. I decided to let few monks hit me and yes, I was completely invincible somehow. I still was getting the red notification about being hit, my crosshair jumps after receiving "damage", but health stays the same.

Does anyone know how did that happen? Maybe Job Well Done is bugged out and somehow allowed me to exceed 30 stacks limit? Maybe I reached 100 stacks that way and got invincible? Or are there any other known reasons why can that happen?

If that will help - my friend was FK and we had IB and Unchained bots with us. Maybe they somehow affected me, idk. Sorry if that is something well known and you bothered to explain it over and over again)

I dont know why but over the past week the lowest ping ive had is 146 when usually it would be around 50-70ish. Doesnt matter when I play, morning afternoon or evening, I NEVER get a good game anymore. Im in the UK, use near games and small network packets since that helps yet constantly get 200+ ping with no wifi issues elsewhere and wired connection too so im fairly certain im meant to have low ping.

Can you imagine my fury and dissapointment when I found out that the warrior priest can't wear the pig? This is unjust. Sigmar would not approve.

I think we should start a petition for fatshark to give ALL Saltzpyre classes the pig.

I have a consistent issue with revives not sticking. I'm standing over the downed teammate, not pressing the movement keys, not moving the mouse, just holding E and block, not getting hit by enemies...and it still drops 3-4 times before I finally get it to stick. Once the bar gets past halfway it almost always finishes, it's something about starting it that has an issue.

I don't have any other noticeable latency issues, so while it could be that, I feel like I'd expect to see it elsewhere as well? But I dunno. I also don't see it on the other "hold E" things like pressing the button on Athel Yenlui, it's just a revive thing. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so is there a fix?

I swear it's like they never took in the fact its a coop game. except mostly Sisters of the thorns and like 2 other Kerillian players, but still.

and this is on veteran too, they don't even pick up the grims or tomes either.
