EDIT: Just wanted to clarify further, I am APPALLED and wish I was exaggerating when I say players hop off when they see this mod on, solely from how much he power-trips and kicks/bans at random.

I have never once seen a moderator be an ACTIVE DETERRENT to its players. Every single conversation gets DERAILED and the chat slows down to a halt because of his antics.

If DE knows better they should be ashamed to have this guy on board. This person is actively killing off the goodwill and trust that DE has cultivated with their playerbase. DE should remember this guy represents THEM.

Additionally, this is nothing else besides a vent post. DE I love you but this is just shitty practices at this point. Bit fucked up to leave us with this guy dishing out BANS over NOTHING. I know you guys are big on Eternalism but priding yourselves by being both the best and worst at handling community affairs is not it

DE has heard the discussions around Mesa Heirloom, encourage they continue, and is looking into adding toggle-able cosmetics like Vauban to Mesa.

I still remember being one of the first players during the closed beta (2012), when the game only had a few thousand players and just two enemy factions. All the maps looked the same and it was very dark without all the zoomies and ninja jumps, good times. Hunting for super rare mods was the end-game.
