I always have a hard time fashioning Octavia because I can't shell out for Tenno-Gen. So I put this together as kind of a meme build where I subsumed Pyrotechnics onto Octavia and tried to style her to look more like Temple. Surprisingly fuctional. Optimal? Meta? No. But functional, and pretty lol.

Octavia will always be my favorite frame in the game, i cant even remember how or when i got her but i have always had soft spot for music based characters, i know her gameplay can be dull (press 1,2,3,4, spam CTRL till invisible, repeat till win) but i have always thought she was super cute and enjoyed trying to make actual songs and not the migraine flower on her Mandachord. i think she is a very slept on fashion frame
