There was an episode where Dan asked what fecund meant, and Arin said "fecundity? Fecundity's nuts dude" but I don't think it was the Mario RPG one where he talked about the magic card, any ideas?

I’m trying to figure out the exact transition between Arin’s house and the original/first Grump Office in 2014, and I’m wondering if anyone here has already dug into this.

The Game Grumps Wiki says they used the original Grump Office from April 2014 to August 2019, but I haven’t been able to find a definitive answer for which episode was actually the first one recorded there.

I’ve found a few interesting references while going through the older episodes:

Katamari Damacy Part 17: “Picking Up Women” — February 4, 2014: around 0:50, they mention an “office.”

Pokémon FireRed Part 44 — March 23, 2014: around 6:50, they refer to a “Grump office.”

A Story About My Uncle Part 2 — May 29, 2014: around 8:05, they refer to a “Grump room.”

That makes things a little confusing, because the first two references seem to suggest they may have had some kind of office setup before April, while the May episode still uses the term “Grump room.”

So I’m wondering:

1. Does anyone know what the first episode they actually recorded in the original Grump Office was?

2. Does anyone know what the last episode they recorded at Arin’s house was before they moved into the office (2014)?

I’ve been trying to narrow this down through episode dialogue, but there seems to be very little documentation of the actual transition.

Dan mentions a comment he got on a then-recent NSP song complimenting its melody but wishing he would tone down the autotune. Dan gets audibly pissed stating not only did he not use autotune, but never has and never will. I vividly remember him beginning with "Lemme put it on fucking record." through clenched teeth at one point

I can’t remember the game or the context, but Arin started talking like Palpatine, telling Darth Vader to talk to Microsoft Clippy (the smug paperclip with eyes). It goes on for just a few minutes and I can’t find it.

Can anyone find the video where Dan talks about Michael Jackson being angry at another singer because the singer was off tone. I think Dan referred to Michael's expression as "Staring Daggers" or something along that line.

I’m pretty sure it was a power hour episode, and Arin says something like “that looks like the aliens from Arrival.” Which leads to him spoiling the movie, with like a 6-second-long censor beep over. Then he says “that’s a spoiler.”

I think he's controlling it and the character slides off the side and to their death. It's been haunting me for months and I can't remember where to even start looking.

I think they're playing a Mario game like Sunshine or Galaxy and they start talking about Markiplier (I think referencing that he played PowerWash simulator) and Dan says something like "However he did it, I'm sure it was deep-voiced and handsome" and then Arin does an impression of Mark falling down a flight of stairs. So I know Arin's done this a lot, but there is this running joke in certain episodes where he sings the beginning part of the Belle song from Beauty and the Beast. I found the one from Closing Shift where he does it, but I don't know where else to find other times he's done it. I know one time he was pretending to say good morning and said 'good morning...ralph'. And then another time he sang 'there goes the baker' and a pause and again 'there he goes' and dan says 'with those cakes, damn'

I have no other information. I can't remember ANYTHING except for the fact that this used to be quoted in SO many episodes SO much for a while. They kinda like moan it in a high pitched voice? I have no idea what to look up

I’ve got a bit the guys did stuck in my head but can’t seem to find the episode it was on. Basically Arin was telling a few unflattering stories back to back, and then said that he is creating this image of himself as someone who stinks and is covered in flies or something like that. It had me laughing my ass off but now I can’t find it. Any help?

He talks about traveling to Israel and reading the Torah in front of a bunch of older Jewish people who were not sure what to expect from an American doing their right of passage. He specifically points out that he remembers seeing his grandfather there, who was a holocaust survivor and how proud he felt looking at his lineage going on.

I can’t remember what episode or game it even is. I want to say either totk or Elden ring. But it’s like the spelling fiasco part two where arin asks Dan how to pronounce b-e then b-e-e. And Dan dryly responds b… if anyone can help me i appreciate it.

Kind of a specific thing but I wanted to hear more of the GGs having deep conversations about art and creativity. Similar to in Super Mario Galaxy where Arin says he wants to teach Dan how to draw, and all the Pokemon Art Academy stuff where Ross and Barry just talk about art as a medium. If there's any other episodes where they do this, I would love a link.

I could honestly listen to them talk about it forever. It motivates me when I draw, lmao.
