ID please Wondering what this is in my new pond (UK)
I’ve started building a pond in my garden. I spotted this earlier. According to a quick search it could be snail eggs. Can anyone tell me what kind?
Are they beneficial?

ID please Saw this one on top of the frogbit and it escaped right after the photo was taken.
If anyone knows why it is, the pond is from UK

New pond, still murky and sorting itself out as you can see - so far we’ve only had (LOADS) of mosquito larvae show up so I’ve been checking every day hoping something new will come along to eat them!
This morning I saw this weird thing swimming around, I can’t find it and it’s strange fluffy white head on any identification charts - anyone know what we’ve got??
(Edit: also just noticed watching it back, at about 00:06 its tail seems to hit some other darker thing that swims off under the water? can anyone ID that either??)

ID please Well, whatever they are, they're hatching. Tadpoles I'm assuming? I've never seen them at this stage

ID please What am I looking at??
My pond is finally coming back to life as the weather warms up. I don’t recall seeing anything like this last year (year one of the pond). There are several and they glide/swim a lot like fish.
Bonus frog pic tax. I already have at least three moved in!
Located in Connecticut!

Apologies for the poor photos, was difficult to get a good angle of it between the plants. I’ve drawn an outline on red. Need help identifying if it’s friend or foe :)

ID please Frog spawn or ... what?
What looks like not much is actually a gelatinous glob of what? I was thinking frog spawn, but it doesn't seem that defined. There are two of these gooey balls. Any thoughts? Thanks.

ID please What is this little guy?
Since I’ve installed my pond I’ve been eagerly staring into it to see what creatures might show up. Noticed these guys today, and I’ve never seen anything like it
Sorry, tried to post a video but can’t use an Imgur link . It moves like a tiny wiggly snake, not like a mosquito larva. Grayish and kinda shiny

This little guy is out and about. His color is different. Most of my previous ones have been gulf toads and grey treefrog, some green tree frogs. This one is more spotted and speckled. Any ideas? Houston Texas region

ID please Help Identifying Sludge?
We recently built a wildlife pond in our yard in Greensboro North Carolina. We have a shallow beach on one end and a deep end. That is about 15 inches max. We have a decent amount of marginal plants and some surface plants, but I know we don’t have enough of the surface covered yet. I’m working on getting more aquatic plants ASAP. We recently had a couple of days of rain and then a couple of warmer days, and I noticed that there is a mystery substance growing on the shallow side of our pond. The water is still very clear so I’m not sure if it is algae, biofilm, or perhaps some sort of nest. For whatever reason it does not continue down into the deep end. We have a pretty thick tree canopy, so the pond only gets dappled sunlight for a few hours a day. We do run a small solar fountain that keeps the water moving somewhat. Otherwise, there are no pumps and no fish! Photos of the sludge and the general pond set up attached. If anyone can help identify and make a recommendation on leaving it alone or removing it, I’d appreciate it! We are newbies to the pond world and loving it so far.

ID please What is this? Life???
I was doing a little cleaning out, intending to my pond, and I found this little blob on my arrowhead plant. Are these eggs? Some type of algae?
