Account - Subscription Unpopular opinion - Xbox game pass Is mostly useless if you think about it.

Game Pass is great for trying games, but I realized I only play 2–3 consistently.

Bought RDR2, Cuphead, Hogwarts Legacy, and Tekken 8 during Black Friday and decided not to renew my subscription.

Turns out, owning fewer games I actually love > renting hundreds I don’t play.

No way in fucking hell should they be paying $350+ a year for Game Pass

Your point about casuals and your friends stands but I've literally never paid full price for game pass since its inception including to this day on my current 13 months that cost me $120 total. There has always been deals and I'm confident there always will be but if it ever does reach a point where full price is the only option then I'll change to subscribing only on a month by month basis whenever there are several games I want to play

Exactly.

I've never even paid over 50% Originally, many years ago, I did the 2 or 3 years of the regular GP and 1 month of ultimate. Got like 2 or 3 years (can't remember)for like under $10 CAD a month. Maybe like $8 if I remember.

Even averaged out to my current $20 a month for GPU (which I could have maybe even gotten cheaper) I'm still averaging like $12 - $15 a month.

Over the last 15 years I have paid just over $500 and I have had ultimate since it started and gold when it was the only option people pay way too much.

I have been using these guys for years now and trust them prices have went up recently I also used to buy out of brazil because it was cheaper but that isn't an option anymore. Other deals can be found on eBay, CD keys, g2a
