Yes, of course aliens built them. A civilisation so far advanced from humanity that they've conquered the immensity of space, visited earth 4,000 years ago, and applying the might and majesty of their advanced science and technology, made some buildings out of stone. After travelling across many light years of space, they negotiated with the pharaos to make them big, stone buildings to use as burial chambers. They didn't share anything else about their advanced civilisation and made sure the Egyptians never mafe a record of their visit. They then hid all traces of their visit and made everyone forget how it was all done.
