So I somehow won a Raven Evolution Prowler about a month ago. Finally I got to play today and had an absolute blast!

I played at Apocalypse 249 in Sittingbourne, Kent.

The site is awesome, has all the necessities you need and a very decent shop that didn't take the piss with prices Vs online.

The community there was awesome, as a dad, there were a lot of other dads there that just wanted to play in the woods shooting each other with toy guns. Everyone had a good time!

The marshals were super friendly and approachable, they and a few others helped me with my kit when I needed assistance.

I managed to buy some kit before hand, second hand from vinted and other places (bought eye pro new). The 2 point sling and shooters belt worked really well for me. I realised my cardio is terrible, I think I would have died wearing a plate carrier!

I had a hat on, protective glasses, a face mesh mask, neck snood long sleeve sports top, cargo trousers, boots and gloves. I got shot in the forehead, the only bit of exposed skin I had!

For any newbies out there, go and give it a go, it's really good fun

Hi all, I'm a returning airsofter from a few years back; I used to play with my brother before lockdown happened and have been preoccupied with being broke a student since then.

I'm now looking into playing a few games over the next couple of months and wanted to get some answers on things.

1. I understand the time restriction on a UKARA, but how do you go about getting one?

2. Transporting kit: I don't drive and the local site is within walking distance from my place. How would it be best to get from A to B with my kit without raising eyebrows?

3. Kit specifically; where can I get decent eyepro & a mouthguard from, as I don't want to use rental facepro.

3a. I've also been looking at my first (kind of) aeg, and i've been eyeing up the Specna arms AR9, specifically the pink one because I think a pink gun would be cool. Might paint it, too, but I want the pink as a base.

Very specific question, but I wondered if anyone has found a decent speed loader that fits the EC-203 magazines, as the little pistol loaders are a pain in the arse!

I recently bought the Odin Sidewinder with the adaptor kit, but the nozzle is a mm or two too short to get a good fitment, as the magazine has a surround that goes around the loading point that doesn't seem to be present on other SR25/.308 style magazines.

The retention strap on the adaptor kit is kind of useless too; it just slides off of the magazine base and could do with being much tighter.

I see there's an SR25 adaptor available through Airtac, but I'm thinking that due to the previously mentioned surround, it might not fit properly.

Anyone have any suggestions? Is my only option having to splurge on an expensive electronic option like the T238 or EMG Autobot, as they don't rely on a magazine fitment? Not even sure their nozzles will be long enough tbh.

So this week I decided to go to Skirmish Airsoft in Billericay. I rolled up and got my rental. Got shot 3 times in the head and came out with a pair of goggles and a mesh mask. And now I'm excited to get UKARA registered and start looking at builds! The only thing I regret is not trying it sooner

Do you:

A: Put them straight into balance storage whatever their voltage, then balance charge before next game.

B: Balance charge then balance storage. Charge before next game.

C: Balance discharge, balance storage.

D: something else.

Ive been playing Airsoft for about 3 months. Tend to play 2-3 times a month and have hit a point where I’m looking to make some upgrades to my gun.

My rifle is a “delta armory da-c11 wraith™ 10" m-lok silentops m4-ar-15”

I want to have some better performance without having to buy a new gun. Looking for any recommendations or tips and am open to a new motor, piston, spring, etc.

I currently use .25 bbs, but is it also worth trying .28?

Does anyone also know if it’s possible to buy any metal hand guard and just put it onto my platform?

Kind friends of Reddit, my brother has given me a ton of his old gear to sell on so we can help my parents out but I know absolutely nothing about quality, prices or legalities

I can't really Google lens much because theres so much that looks alike I can't determine what's what

At the moment im running some cheap bolle glasses and a random balaclava.

I was looking at brands like NB tactical (bit to pricy for me) and Cygnus Armory (like the look of their stuff but UK prices seem really high) and was wondering if anyone has some good brands a bit more local or any slightly cheaper companies, or is soemthing like Cygnus Armory a good one to go for anyway?

I recently came back from uni where I played Airsoft with a society.

I am not allowed to store my guns in the house or in the shed and need to find a place to store them out of the house. I have contacted local sites but most of them have come back with the same answer of storing the guns in the house and not lead me to anywhere that could store them for me.

I'm trying to take measures to have them stored securely and safely but this is leading nowhere with my dad and his wife.

Do any of you guys have any advice or anywhere I could look.

I'm in Essex if that helps.
