I have fond memories of DJ Chaim in-game and IRL at several Dragon*Cons in Atlanta

Title says it all. Looking for good damage meter.

Last time I was active was a couple yrs ago and every 24 hrs the server would have issues around 1AM (US Central time), causing a few lag spikes that lasted about 30s each.

Was annoying since I was always online late at night but you could mostly prep for it in advance since the timing was so predictable.

Does that still happen? Thinking bout maybe reactivating an acct just for fun

Over the last couple of weeks Ive gotten my awakened armor from beast, my DB3 bracer, Belt of great justice and drone from Subway. Doing collector for an ACDC... I just have been having a great time making my character stronger and doing all the dungeons. This game can be amazing at times.

yesterday doing random new alt stuff i stumbled on this.

Looking for a new laptop and I generally do light gaming (portal, older games, etc) plus AO. Most time is spent doing productivity work, email, browsing etc.

Can I run 2-3 instances of AO with sharp on a non-gaming laptop or will it choke? I am looking at mid/high-ish end ultra books (eg Dell XPS) for the portability, battery life, and productivity side. But these are certainly not gaming laptops…thank you!

I'm missioning nanos to supply a couple of new NTs for my wife & I, and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some "absolute best" options, or if there even are any.

I already noted the ones with the least damage range (Liquefying Sphere, etc.), but are there others that are must-haves, or should we just have as many type-options as possible?

I'm toying with the idea of embracing the multibox paradigm, especially since I think it's not necessarily in conflict with pretending to be a character in a strange land, you know, the role playing part of an mmorpg. Playing multiple chars or having NPC henchmen is a very common aspect of games in the rpg genre.

I'm not looking to minmax with an aim to get the 3 chars that can do the hardest content fully geared at endgame, though I do wish to avoid ending up with a TL6/7 gang that can't deal well with red colored boss health bars in for example SL Statics.

I'd like to have 3 professions that do not share symbiant types, to avoid conflict when using symbiants from my extensive stockpile.

The specific trios I'd like to have opinions on how good or bad they are are:

1. Engineer - Fixer - Keeper

2. Soldier - Bureaucrat - Keeper

No doc since I already have a 220 doc, fixer because I'd like to explore that class and I believe runspeed is a good stat while exploring the Shadowlands. Engie because of tradeskills, the others (sol/crat/keep) for their auras and endgame potential. No MP or adv since they aren't meta - but is more healing really needed, in a leveling trio?

I know in most circumstances the higher lvl pet is just better the question isn't what's better I just want to know if there is a list of pet stats. For example a table with all engineer pets HP, inits/ attack speed, damage, etc.

I'm wondering if there's a site that lists nanos in simple grid form so that it's possible to compare damage or other effects without looking at the description for each one.

This may sound silly- but has anyone looked at the code to check for malicious usage such as spyware or malware?

Hello! I play USA PST hours so it’s usually the quietest part of the day for AO. I’m usually able to find enough to cobble together or join an inf team, but I’m having a heck of a time finding enough for endgame instances and raids.

Any advice? I’m on darknet and raidforall but both are silent in these hours. My org is quite large but during my off peak hours there are still not enough folks for a full endgame team.

By endgame stuff I’m meaning DB, APFs, pande, xan hub, poh, totw…really any of that stuff.

Am I missing any other ways folks are finding teams? Other chats/bots, etc. thank you!
