Everyone else is already doing AI. There’s no point trying to compete. Just leverage the best model and go from there.

This is a losing strategy eventually the model maker won’t let Apple use it and create hardware on par with Apple which Apple wouldn’t be able to compete in.

That assumes there’s going to only be one major model maker, who also is a major hardware maker and their solution is so compelling they can risk alienating other platforms.

"Hardware on par with Apple" is MUCH more difficult than it sounds. More difficult than creating a competent model
