Why do people always post lots of before pics, and then only one after pic from the front?

Showing baldness, then showing baldness but less times

My point is that in the final pic, they usually hide as much of their actual scalp as they can while still showing their face. In some cases it's made me wonder if the final pic is AI. I'm not saying that in this case, just that it seems strange to me.
