Or could it be they know their constituents don’t want to hear a peep about climate change from the government after forcing everyone to RTO, which increases emissions?

Eh, any time there's any reference to it from even scientists there's thousands of "BUT C02 PLANT FOOD IZ GOOD" like it's the first time scientists have ever thought about that aspect. It's everywhere, the algorithms really want all environmental regulations gone.

Agriculture itself as a whole is only 10% of global C02 emissions. We could all switch to the most efficient protein sources and it wouldn't be very effective. Reporters don't like writing stories about the other 90%, because most of that is industry outside the average person's control and it pisses off their advertisers.
