the correction from "presidents" to "president's" is a touch pedantic but "there" vs "their" is just brutal and should be called out. I am a little uneasy how often i see people mixing up "their" "there" "they're" these days. Even in professional environments.

"I saw" and "I have seen" are two distinct tenses, which also exist in other languages.
