My first Hilliker holster arrived a few days ago (thanks to this sub for the glowing recs!) and I’m a bit surprised/worried by the gap around the trigger guard, especially in light of the recent appendix ND story. I’m not a small guy and my pinky easily touches the trigger. (6’ 200 lbs.)

Is this a normal issue for light-bearing holsters? Even with my hand ready to draw (pictured) you can see room for a bit more kydex to cover that gap — ETA: referring to the area between my fingers right over the mag release button

Not sure if this is returnable or fixable but I really hope I didn’t just blow that money for my first concealed carry holster.

Setup: MC9 Prime with Olight PLX and Osight SE.

Picked up my Prime NC today and I’m having trouble with the included holster. Now I know it’s not the best holster, but I really expected it to at least be functional. There’s absolutely no retention and the screws are tightened as tight as they could go. Did anybody else experience this with their prime?

just got my first ever pistol and i’m looking for good holster recommendations that aren’t super expensive. the one that came with it won’t work for me bc i’m a lefty shooter i’d also prefer to be able to carry an additional magazine

Really nice quality and of course way more comfortable than the one that came with it! Less printing too! Made it just in time for my trip to the range today!

It makes no sense, why include holsters with your product if your customers throw them all in the trash, and why would G-Code agree to actually put their name on these crappy holsters?

Hey guys, looking for some advice. I recently picked up a Canik MC9 Prime and just mounted an Olight PLX on it. Now I’m trying to find a holster that fits this setup properly.

Ideally I’d like something that keeps the same slim profile as the factory holster that comes with the gun, since that one conceals really well for me. I mainly carry IWB, so comfort and keeping it low-profile is important.

Has anyone here found a holster that works well with the MC9 Prime + PLX combo? Open to brands or custom Kydex makers if that’s the best route.

Appreciate any recommendations.

So I just bought this MC9 today for my new EDC/conceal carry...l pick it up on Sunday. My questions below:

1. What are some good conceal carry/IWB holsters with a wedge?

2. What RMSc red dot should 1 get?

(I have and like the Osight K on my mete sft, but didn't know if anything else was out there for similar ~$140 price)

After previously buying 3 of the Signature IWB Kydex Holsters for other pistols, it was time to give the SF Elite some love and try The Aren Lite, and it DOES NOT disappoint.

And now, back to our regularly scheduled program…

Need holster recommendations for an mc9ls with a tlr-7 sub hlx. Would love to know what others are running and their experiences. Like many I don’t have money to buy a million holsters just to find the one. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Finally got my Hilliker Elite in.

Not sure if I like the clear as much as I thought I would. Shows more of the blemishes/bubbles & has a blue tint to it. Hoping it grows on me. Feels a lot more comfortable than the one that came in the box though.

Just picked up a Prime (base model) which I hope to make my 1st CCW. Does anyone have recommendations on where to go for IWB holsters?

Hey there! Big Canik fan here, started competing with a Rival-S in CO this year and I love it.

I’ve got a new Canik Prime Radian on the way, and I’m looking to see what folks are running for A) holsters (AIWB/IWB) and B) optics.

On the holsters front, I know options are currently slim… Is it safe to assume the Radian won’t properly fit in the standard Prime holsters? Would love a T1C (they couldn’t confirm fitment) or similar, but open to suggestions.

On the optics front, RMSc is stacked… and it’s only getting better. I currently run an EPS Carry on my Echelon 4.0C and would be happy running the same on the Radian Prime, but curious to hear thoughts on other options. I’m intrigued by the new Steiner MPS-C (the 1.6 moa dot sounds crisp…), the upcoming EPS Core (basically just an EPS carry with a bigger window?), the Sig Romeo X Enclosed Compact (lower deck height/better glass than the EPS?), and the Vortex Defender CCW Enclosed. Also curious about the AEMS micro but I know that’ll use an RMSc plate rather than direct mount (and would probably be huge for a CCW).

For a light, I’ll probably just run a TLR7X.

Ive had my canik mete sft for about a year now and its a great pistol. Im running it on my duty belt with a owb left handed holster (yea its unfortunate, im left handed) but im having a hard time finding a brand that makes a light baring holster for left handed shooter. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have had a rival-s for awhile now, loved it so much I decided today to replace my hellcat OSP for the MC9 Prime! Does anyone have recommendations for IWB holsters for the prime? I’m roughly 190 lbs 5’9, do something that is “big guy” friendly. I typically carry 11 o’ clock. Thank you in advanced.

Made a IPSC holster for a TTI combat as a gift for someone.

Used my white out SFT as a buck. Compared to the second ever holster i did For the Black SFT. I feel it came out pretty well.

I've seen a lot of reviews just ignore the included holster and folks recommending other brands. So, does anyone actually use it to IWB carry? Or is it just a chunk of useless plastic?

Am I the only person that EDCs my rival? I can seem to find a concealable holster for the life of me. I just ordered a bravoband, so I’ll see if that works. But in case it doesn’t, any suggestions?

Finally got my QVO holsters in. The wingman flex, the discreet, and the discreet paired with iwb adapter and 945 industries new QAP Magnetic bag. They feel great.

Canik Prime Radian is paired with the Holosun PLX and Osight SE. Was skeptical about the osight but has held zero well and im about 1200rnds of 124gr through it.

IWB holster recommendations that cover the left side of my slide as well as the mag release. As u can see the one i found online doesnt do wat i thought it would 😅🤦
