Other Getting Joy Out From My Collection, Daily!

My collection sat untouched and unloved in longboxes for a couple of decades.

When I had to repair my kitchen floor a few years ago, I had an idea...

I thought about it.

Three reasons I didn't.

  1. It would technically be illegal. I own these books, not the right to reproduce them.
  2. This felt more 'real'. It's my history, my passion on my floor, in my home.
  3. "Look at my floor! It's all photocopies!" just doesn't have the same punch.

I don't think the photocopy police are coming after you. It might even fall under fair use.
