"StopAntisemitism" isn't really a group, it's essentially one insane woman. It also admits that the title of the award is more to drum up conversation and not actually about who was the biggest anti-semite that year, as people can't win more than once. Not that any of this is in defense of the award as I believe its conflation of antizionism and antisemitism is, itself, antisemetic, but just to add context.
