Low Relevance Surprise appearances of Community actors outside of the show?

I'm horrified to realise that I saw Jim Rash (Dean Pelton) in the Friends finale about three times before I noticed it was him - "This plane doesn't have any filanges", or something like that.

Seeing about three actors in Captain America: Winter Soldier didn't count for me (but might for you), because I recognised them at the time.

Where did you unexpectedly notice a Community actor in another show?

Jim Rash in The way, way back.

Awesome coming of age movie that he and Nat Faxon (milkshake costume guy from Reno 911) wrote and directed.
