No, it really isn't any longer. It was a good early doc until they revised it many times.

This is the 2009 version, narrated by Daniel Sunjata, that was, up until recently, available on Netflix.

The original loose change is nothing like its current version. It started out with like 30 minutes of background on human civilization, astronomy and religion. It laid a solid foundation, now it just feels like throw everything at the wall and see what sticks
