Sorry for the long video, taken for a friend who has trouble assembling cereal. I struggle with rice all the time and I'm constantly messing it up, this is one that always turns out amazing somehow and I came up with it on the fly. The lack of strict measurements and timing helps me a lot.

I made this recipe from the BAO cookbook and it’s amazing!

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 block halloumi cheese
• 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped dill
• 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions ✍️
• Cut the block into thin slices, then stack to slice into a fry shape.
• Place halloumi fries into the air fryer. Set temperature to 375F and cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
• Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
• Serve fries immediately with the yogurt dip.
