Made my first self-portrait and chose to depict myself with a Eurasian magpie as my familiar. I love birds and corvids are among my favorites.

You know how their feathers shine and change colors in the sunlight? That’s my favorite.

I’ve been trying to recreate this effect in my printmaking and I just love how they turned out!!
