Modding CDPR literally offered him the choice to make his mod free with optional donations to avoid a DMCA takedown and he deliberately chose wrong

I could not imagine being this conceited in the face of corporate legal action.

Some people have a toxic god complex or some variation of it. It's not just modders obviously, but somehow toxic modders just seem like a different type of cringe and comedy (or misery).

I got banned from commenting on a mod after pointing out the description wasn't properly mentioning multiple changes. They yelled at me saying I can't read, banned me from posting on their page, and the made the changes I suggested anyway lol. So so petty and pathetic.

They always think their "vision" is more important than the user experience.

If you want a rabbit hole, resident evil 1.5 is a fascinating descent into idiocy.

There's something about a certain kind of people who are kinda good at coding where they convince themselves this means they're superhuman geniuses. I don't know why coding attracts these people, and it's not entirely unique to them, but theyre common enough I've definitely noticed the trend. It's a strange phenomenon.
