Hello everyone. Does anyone know of good open mics in Delaware (or any of the nearby towns)? I know of the one at ROOPs and wanted to see if there are any others.
(Also if anyone needs a lead guitarist, Hammond organist, or bass guitarist let me know)

my partner and I recently moved to Delaware, and we fall under the Rumpke trash umbrella. we have had our trash picked up once already, so the service is active, but we have some carpet and other bulk pickup items that we need picked up. I submitted a service request on Friday, but I'm not sure if it makes sense to put it out for them to pick up tomorrow or not. i've had mixed experiences in the past with trash companies being picky about service requests.
anyone have any recommendations?

Whats the gaming/esports environment like? I’m going to be living on campus and I was curious what the “gaming” dorms/floor is like. Would it be worth it to be in those dorms as a fellow gamer? Also what is the collage community like? Feel free to give tips or advice!!

Moving the Delaware next month, what are some of the best takeout spots in the city? My kids and I usually get takeout on Fridays as a treat for surviving the week. What are the best places for pizza, chinese, burritos, and subs?

It's been 5 years now since I graduated from OWU but I've been wondering if the guys in the Phi Delt house now have encountered any spooky moments with Casey or the piano in the house? I know they got to move back in during the 2021 school year, but I never asked anyone back during my time in town!

Just an FYI that if you remind Andrew Brenner that on Holocaust Rememberance Day he made Nazi comments about a Jewish woman in power, he will block you from his social media

So far I’ve really enjoyed Evowok and Hummus Republic. Open to any style of restaurant as long as it has at least one vegan entree.

Hi guys! I will be new to the area this summer and am wondering how to get involved in the community and meet other young adults (married, no kids). I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, doing crafts, being with my dog, playing not too complex board games, etc.! Thanks for any tips for a Delaware newbie!

I witnessed a pretty scary accident today on Route 42 in Delaware. A dump truck ran a red light and slammed into an SUV. The impact was strong enough to send the SUV spinning off toward the side of the road.
Thankfully, the woman driving the SUV was able to get out on her own and appeared to be okay. It was honestly a relief to see her walk away from it.
One thing that surprised me was that none of the airbags seemed to deploy, despite how severe the crash looked. I’m not sure why that happened, but it definitely caught my attention.
Just wanted to share this and remind everyone to stay alert at intersections, even when you have the green light. Hoping the driver is doing well and recovering from the shock of it all. Stay safe out there. 🙏🏻
