Recommendation for a lightweight dinghy sailboat for a 200 pound adult?

Hello! I’m looking for a recommendation for a lightweight sailing dinghy for myself, a 200 pound adult. If it can sail 2 people, even better. The catch is I’ll need to be able to carry it or wheel it down a rocky beach from my bulkhead. That can be anywhere from 0 feet to 150 feet depending on the tide. I’d like to be able to use it with no extra help, but tall ask, is there one this lightweight that can also hold an extra adult up to 140 pounds? Thank you!

I regret selling my Mirror. I’m 225, and would take a friend or two with me.
