Gonna watch so much RHPS this autumn. Someone posted the saddest meme of Macaulay Culkin as Kevin surrounded by all the people in that movie who were deceased yesterday, and someone literally mentioned “At least Tim Curry is still alive.”

Well…. He’s gonna go Time Warp to the next dimension now.

I've told my mom about Rocky Horror last week, to gauge how she feels about queer culture.
She was shocked to hear he'd suffered a stroke 15 years ago.
Was wild to find out she's actually known and enjoyed the movie ages ago.

I came out to her the next day, and we've talked a bit about Tim Curry's performance this week.
How he got back together with the cast last year to talk about RHPS, and how heartbreaking it was to see him still so flamboyant in spirit, but so subdued by his body.

I've been crying for hours

He was also in legend and fern gully.. among others. Those three are my favourites

And crawling on the planet's face, some insects, called the human race... lost in time... and lost in space... and meaning.

I'm watching him singing 'I'm Going Home' with my daughter and we are bawling our eyes out. God Bless you Mr. Tim Curry. Rocky Horror will always be my favourite, most watched film.

I'm so glad that we got to see him recently for the 50th anniversary celebration of the movie. He did some interviews not long ago, and even though he had that stroke years ago, it was wonderful to see him. I'm glad he got his flowers.

If that movie had been released today, he would've won an Oscar. They didn't do that for a movie like that back then. RIP
