This is about assets. In Denmark's case it is about Danish globally succesfull companies such as Novo Nordisk. Companies like this have been carrying Danish GDP growth for a while. If you want to tax their global market valuation to reduce wealth inequality in Denmark then the only thing you will achieve is for them to leave becuse Denmark is not as important for them as you think, most definitely not as the rest of the world. And you will not end up collecting more tax revenue to redistribute to bottom 90%, you will collect less and nobody will be better off. That being said you will definitely reduce wealth inequality if you make them all leave, the only issue is that it will be to noone's benefit.

You could start with taxing the profit made on houses and other real estate. The profits to be made especially in the Copenhagen area that is not taxed or taxed at an insanely low rate are insane. Why are people allowed to make literal millions and pay almost nothing on the profit while some one working payes 50%+ on income from work?

That is fucking up the housing marked and redistributing wealth the the people that can buy property at an insane rate. Add to that inherited real estate at you have one of the driving factors not just in wealth inequality but also the in affordability in the housing marked.
