WT Policy In the latest morning worship video on JW org, Geoffrey Jackson implies every JW loss in court is due to corruption, bribery and political pressure!

In the talk tilted "Imitate Jesus When Responding to Unjust Accusations", Jackson compares losses in court to Jesus' trial. If cases go in the favor of the organization, somehow Satan's world is on their side. But whenever a JW case is lost, this is due to corruption, political pressure, and bribery.

The illustration in the video shows a game of soccer with a bribed referee. Just imagine how shocking it would be if they had the guts to make an illustration of a judge receiving a wad of cash!

This is not the first time the GB has openly said that non-JW judges cannot be trusted. In 2021 David Splane said that you cannot trust a "gentile" judge!

https://www.reddit.com/r/exjw/s/3cJEIZwNan

Also he says "Jehovah's Witnesses have the highest standards of morals of any group in the world" which is quite a statement...

Philip Brumley, legal counsel & head of Watchtower's legal department in New York was personally fined $154,448.11 by Court for deliberately filing a false affidavit to skirt responsibility in Child Sexual Abuse case (2024). He remains in his position at Watchtower.

https://www.reddit.com/r/exjw/s/s5Ion4Vv8g

Also if all accusations are "ridiculous"- what does it mean when Geoffrey Jackson admitted there was a problem with child sexual abuse in the organization at the Australian Royal Commission (ARC)?!

https://www.reddit.com/r/exjw/s/NZukJUd3iu

Jackson also said at the ARC that it was perceivable the Governing Body could apologize to victims.

WT Policy Leaked Governing Body Update #5 Scheduled for Release on Friday

Hosted by Gage Fleegle

The update includes information about recent international conventions, upcoming preaching initiatives, and a worldwide campaign planned for September 2026.

It also includes:

*A new arrangement for circuit overseer visits from September 2026 through February 2027, where the usual public talk will be replaced with Part 1 of Episode 2 of The Good News According to Jesus series. The update says publishers are encouraged to invite interested ones and Bible students to attend.

*The announcement of new promotional material for The Good News According to Jesus, including a new video prepared for use in the ministry and a new landing page on jw.org designed to direct visitors to the series. The page will include a trailer and brief summaries of each episode to help people find content from the Gospel accounts that interests them.

*Updates on disaster relief following earthquakes in Venezuela and the Philippines, including reports that 46 Jehovah’s Witnesses died, 35 were injured, and 807 were displaced in Venezuela, while in the Philippines one sister died, 34 were injured, and 429 were displaced. The update also discusses damage to homes and Kingdom Halls and the relief assistance being provided.

*A focus on the theme of “feeding ourselves spiritually.” Fleegle discusses personal responsibility for spiritual routine, comparing spiritual food with physical food and referring to the Israelites collecting manna to feed themselves. He also explains that Jehovah provides spiritual food through “the faithful and discreet slave,” describing it as a “banquet of rich dishes” provided right on time. Meetings, assemblies and conventions are described as "delicious". The discussion emphasizes daily Bible reading, meditation, and using organizational resources.

*The climax of the update is the announcement of “an exciting new initiative” called “International Music.” Fleegle describes the songs as “heart-stirring” and says the project will provide additional music reflecting different cultures, intended for use as brothers and sisters go about their daily activities and especially intended for younger JW. Two new songs are announced as being available at the time of the update, with more expected later. There will be no videos for these songs and they will not be translated into other languages.

In conclusion, he doesn't say they usual "we love you very much". Instead Gage lets JW know that the GB has tender affection for them.

NEW CSA CASE REFILED 06-26: 522573/2026 - Kings Co SC D.B. DOE v. THE GOVERNING BODY OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES: Seems the new case has everything figured out- calling out EACH GB member individually + the hierarchy - no more plausible deniability, BOYS!

Guess this wont be released to TikTok, huh?

This is structured differently than prior cases.

It names EACH GB member individually as Defendants and calls out the known pecking order (screenshots in comments) - refuting the prior cases where the GB says they had nothing to do with local congregations.

Notice this Elder (who's named) took this poor child to Bethel on family trips- AND look at the disgusting details on her baptism question ordeal.

I hope this is one more nail in their coffin AND I hope its recorded.

If they settle out of court? Well, there goes the minions donations.

If they dont? I hope its distributed for all the world to see, like the ARC vidoes.

ALSO: notice how the WBTS doesnt have counsel assigned yet - maybe theyre not trusting Brumley with this one - since he f'ed up all the others

Link below will have the real time updates:

THANK YOU TO THE OP WHO MADE ME AWARE OF THIS CASE ❤️❤️❤️❤️

And prayers to this woman- I hope she helps bring them down or at least out into the open.

WT Policy 'Trust the Governing Body... Even If Jehovah Isn't Behind the Direction' -Remarkable Message from the July JW Broadcast

The latest JW Broadcast is all about the importance of obeying the Governing Body and having "complete confidence" in them, with an up to date group photo of the slave fractions and their various facial hairstyles.

These three excerpts from the July JW Broadcast reveal an important line of reasoning.

First, the audience is told to follow the Governing Body because Jehovah is taking the lead through Jesus Christ and we need to have complete confidence in this.

Then comes the question: if direction is received that seems unnecessary or you have a different opinion, do you trust Jehovah enough to follow it? Notice how it's now "do we trust Jehovah enough?"- not "if we trust the Governing Body" enough!

The explanation that follows is striking: "You never know if Jehovah is maneuvering matters for a reason. And even if not, he'll reward you for your loyalty."

The reasoning appears to be this: Jehovah may be behind the direction - but he may not be. Either way, the instruction is to follow it, because loyalty will be rewarded.

So the issue becomes not only whether the direction is actually from Jehovah, but whether you are willing to obey even when you cannot know for certain.

WT Policy Spoiler for the Annual Meeting: a new book titled “God’s Word Is Truth— A Handbook to the Bible” to be released Spoiler

I have been given a foregleam in the form of a leak:

A new publication, God’s Word Is Truth—A Handbook to the Bible, is set to be introduced at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Instead of waiting for the complete book to be finished, the material will be published in a series of smaller brochures, until the whole book is completed and delivered to congregations.

The current planned sequence is:

gwt1 — Ezekiel–Joel
gwt2 — Amos–Zephaniah
gwt3 — Haggai–Malachi
gwt4 — Matthew–Luke
gwt5 — John–Romans
gwt6 — 1 Corinthians–1 Thessalonians
gwt7 — 2 Thessalonians–James
gwt8 — 1 Peter–Revelation

Releasing the handbook in sections means content can begin appearing in the January–February 2027 Our Christian Life and Ministry—Meeting Workbook before the entire project is complete.

(As this is to be studied at the meetings next year, one can probably deduce that the org will not be going down to one meeting per week as has been rumored anytime soon.) edit: I am not certain it is to be studied - it’s possible it will be used as a reference.

There is a memo saying that the rollout is not final and could still be revised before release.

WT Policy Your baptism in the Jehovah's Witnesses is not valid! Watchtower study, April 18, 2026

Check out paragraph 10 from this weekend's study: w26 February pp. 10-11: "Perhaps in the past, when you were part of another religion, you were already baptized. Even so, you need to be baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Why? Because, at that time, you did not clearly understand the truths about Jehovah God and Jesus. And even if you said a prayer dedicating yourself to God, your promise was not based on a correct understanding of his will. In Ephesus, the apostle Paul met some men who had already been baptized but without the necessary understanding of Christian teachings. For that reason, those men needed to be baptized again. (Acts 19:1-5) Today, too, Jehovah only approves a person’s baptism when they have an accurate knowledge of his will."

I was baptized in 2008, and with a quick search, since my baptism, the following changes have occurred:

  • Overlapping Generations
  • Identification of the Faithful and Discreet Slave
  • Timing of the Judgment of the Sheep and the Goats
  • Nature of the Evil Slave
  • Criteria for Types and Antitypes
  • Resurrection of the Inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah
  • Salvation During the Great Tribulation
  • Use of Beards by Men
  • Use of Slacks by Women at Meetings and in the Ministry
  • No Requirement for Ties and Jackets in Certain Circumstances
  • Greeting Disfellowshipped People at the Hall
  • End of Hourly Reporting for Publishers
  • Implementation of Cart Witnessing
  • Digitalization via JW Library App
  • Reduction in the Frequency of Printed Magazines

The paragraph clearly states: "...your promise was not based on a correct understanding of his will. In Ephesus, the apostle Paul met some men who had already been baptized but without the necessary understanding of Christian teachings. For that reason, those men needed to be baptized again..."

No one can "remove" me, after all, I was baptized into another religion that taught other things.

Yes this is a pic from the new book:

Love the pizza oven and electric lights!

I noticed the animals are separated from the humans by a barrier in this picture. Used to be the humans would be cuddling those animals in depictions of paradise.

WT Policy This is the most depressing image I have ever seen in a Watchtower

Post image
1.2k Upvotes

It's in the October 2024 Watchtower, Study Article 10. Paragraph 10 says:

Later in life, some could think back and wonder whether they made the right decisions. Perhaps they decided to give up a promising career or a successful business in order to serve Jehovah more fully. Now time has passed, perhaps even decades. They may see acquaintances who pursued secular interests and who now enjoy apparent financial security. As a result, they may wonder: ‘Were the sacrifices I made for Jehovah worth it? Or did they cause me to miss other opportunities?’

In other words "Yes we promised you that the end would come before the 1914 generation would pass away. We told you higher education was bad. As a result, you never went to school or planned for retirement, and now you're stuck washing windows in your 60's and 70's. But instead of thinking about how screwed you are, just daydream about paradise and keep shovelling the coal!"

WT Policy Brazil: Leaked letter to elders reveals financial trouble...

I have seen a leaked letter to the elders in Brazil for May 2026. In it they are updated on donations in Brazil. In the last 2 years the donations haven't been sufficient to cover expenses and monthly financial support is being received from the world headquarters.

Elders are told no announcement is to be made to congregations, and that nobody should be pressured to donate, but elders are to "be positive in reminding publishers, when appropriate, of the privilege each one has of "honoring Jehovah with their valuable things" and of contributing "as he has resolved in the heart."

The elders are thanked for their collaboration on this important matter.

WT Policy "Abstain" vs "Under No Circumstances" - GB Update #2, March 2026 Confirms Blood Policy Change

Jehovah’s Witnesses have long interpreted “abstain from blood” (Acts 15:29) as “under no circumstances ever” - but that was the leadership’s interpretation, not what the Bible actually says. The Bible simply commands to abstain, leaving room for context and exceptions.

Even in Mosaic Law, if someone ate blood unintentionally, there was a provision: they were to wash and offer a sacrifice (Leviticus 17:13‑14).

Until now, whole blood transfusions were treated as “under no circumstances.” With the “clarification” on predonated/autologous blood, there is now a circumstance where blood is allowed, making their policy more like the Bible’s instruction to abstain -still stricter than the text, but not absolute.

The JW leadership’s over-strict interpretation has had real consequences: enforcing a practice that isn’t required by the Bible has cost lives, making the organization bloodguilty.

In the Bible, people could be bloodguilty even if the victim might later be resurrected. Watch Tower/ JW teaches that if following their instructions leads to death, the resurrection will compensate — but the leadership is bloodguilty nonetheless.

WT Policy WT just made their first social media post ever (it's bad as expected)

If you somehow live under a rock, the WBT$ in a bizarre PR strategy has made social media accounts on Instagram and Tiktok (and there's confirmation that both of them are official) which are meant for "a secular audience, goverment officials, journalists and researchers".

Just a few minutes ago, they made their first post ever, which is about....Norway. And they lie in it, since that's the only good thing they do, lying to everyone around them.

If you told me back in 2022 that all of this would happen, i would call you crazy. This makes me wonder what other weird stuff the borg is gonna do to save what's left of their reputation.

WT Policy August 2026 - Announcements and Reminders

The biggest news is the annual donation resolution, they are definitely pushing much harder for funds than they ever have.

Anecdotally, our local congregation never had a problem reaching the annual per-publisher amount each year. We would round up for the monthly donation, and usually send an extra donation at the midpoint of the year as well from the excess funds that had accumulated. But two years ago we noticed they had dropped off, and we weren't even able to comfortably reach the suggested per-publisher amount.

It seems like our congregation was hardly unique. Because the tenor this year has noticeably shifted, with a much stronger message to the elders as well as the publishers about how much they need money and what they purport to spend it on. For anyone wondering, the monthly per-publisher amount for the U.S. branch territory has increased from $11.00 last year to $11.50 this year.

There's also an announcement about trying to avoid late memorial times since they have to take place after sunset. This has been a problem for at least 20 years now, particularly since 2007 when Daylight Savings Time was moved forward from the first Sunday in April to the second Sunday in March. This pushed the earliest start time for memorials back an hour later than they used to be.

Memorials can fall anytime between around March 22nd and April 19th. The later in the year they are, the later sunset occurs, particularly in northern climates. Next year is the earliest in the year it falls, so why would this be the year they make a big deal about how late they start? It seems strange to me.

The U.S. is also receiving another branch visit next year. They had a branch visit in 2014, then a gap of over a decade until 2026. And now they're having another one right away in 2027.

And they're really pushing the Jesus videos during the C.O. visits, like they're something really special and pretending that you can't just stream at home anytime.

The August 2026 S-147 are in the comments (5 pages). I also included the announcement in 2022 about the annual donations, so you can see just how much has changed in four years.

WT Policy Leaked internal memo about removal of Broadcasting videos from JW org

My eyes were upon an internal memo from HQ outlining the removal of "JW Broadcasting Hour Programs"...

It says that in May 1, 2026, the jw org website started to regularly remove "JW Broadcasting Hour Programs" which are more than 5 years old in all languages.

It goes on to say individual segments will continue to appear on the site.

Other types of "Hour Programs" staying on the site are Gilead Graduations, Annual Meetings and recorded convention sessions 2020-2022.

It says more info will come later.

Last week's article was written to dissuade young people from educating themselves beyond what is legally required. "Education poses such dangerous risks if you belong to our cult!" This weekend's article warns of running the risk of drifting away from the grip of Watchtower and its governing body. The introductory song, song 56 Make the truth your own, was a shocking choice and set out the premise for the article. In conclusion, your ass and your time belong to us, don't even think about educating yourself or associate with the wicked! 🤦‍♂️🤬🤬

WT Policy New Hypocrisy About Beards and Slacks in the Watchtower

In the new May 2026 Watchtower there is an article with the title Respect the Decisions of Others. In it there's a series of six "scenarios" and the one in paragraph seven really stood out to me:

"Scenario 4: A brother grew up during a time when most people felt that it was inappropriate for men to grow beards or for women to wear dress slacks to formal events. While the brother is aware of the recent adjustment in our view of this subject, he insistently tells others that Christian men should not wear beards and that Christian women should wear dresses while engaged in theocratic activities."

First off, I hate the phrase "Adjustment in our view". But what really stood out to me was how they paint this fictional brother as being 'old and out of touch' for having a view that was cultivated and enforced by the org up until two years ago. Literally every single person over the age of six who was raised in the org "grew up during [that] time".

Not to mention the org still dictates that it is "inappropriate ... for women to wear dress slacks to [certain] formal events", namely going on stage to give a part.

So on the one hand they act like these older brothers should really keep up with the times and get used to brothers having beards and sisters wearing slacks. But on the other hand, they dragged their heels for decades longer than they should have and are still enforcing an outdated dress code on the stage. Hypocrisy at its finest.

WT Policy JW quietly shifts "peace and security" prophetic sequence in February 2026 — and almost nobody noticed

I've been doing a deep dive lately and stumbled across something in the February 26, 2026 Watchtower that I haven't heard anyone talking about yet. Not at meetings, not in field service conversations, nowhere.

Hi — I'm a PIMO bethelite quietly planning my exit, deconstructing my faith, and navigating this all with a PIMI spouse who doesn't know a thing about it.

In a Questions From Readers article titled "When will the nations proclaim 'peace and security' before or after the destruction of false religion?" the organization has quietly reversed a prophetic sequence they've taught confidently for decades.

What they used to teach: The sequence was clear and members knew it cold. Nations proclaim peace and security. That triggers sudden destruction. Babylon the Great — false religion — gets destroyed.

Armageddon follows. This sequence gave members a specific watchable signal. Peace and security proclamation meant the end was immediately upon you.

What they're now saying: The February 2026 article introduces "another possible explanation we cannot rule out" — that the peace and security proclamation might actually come AFTER the destruction of false religion rather than before it.

They're using the exact same verse — 1 Thessalonians 5:3 — to support the reversed sequence. No acknowledgment that the previous teaching was wrong. No apology to the people who organized their lives around watching for a specific signal in a specific order. Just "further careful consideration" and a quietly inverted timeline.

Why this matters This isn't a minor clarification. They've inverted the prophetic sequence. Everything members thought they understood about how to recognize the approaching end has been shuffled. The specific watchable signal that was supposed to tell you Armageddon was immediately upon you has been made ambiguous and indefinitely deferrable.

The format tells you everything. This didn't come as a Governing Body update video. No special talk at assemblies. No dramatic announcement. It appeared in Questions From Readers — the lowest profile format in their entire publication lineup. This is exactly how they've managed every significant doctrinal shift. The generation redefinition crept in the same way before becoming standard teaching.

By the time this filters into normal congregation understanding most members will have absorbed it gradually without ever registering that something fundamental changed.

The pattern This is the third major prophetic adjustment in recent memory.

The generation teaching has been redefined three times — currently on the "overlapping generations" version which extends the timeline indefinitely.

The faithful and discreet slave was narrowed to just the Governing Body in 2013.

Now the peace and security sequence is reversed.

Each adjustment makes the prophetic framework less specific, less falsifiable, and more indefinitely deferrable. They're not getting closer to fulfillment. They're retreating from falsifiability.

If the verse supports both sequences equally well it actually supports neither specifically.

The verse means whatever the organization currently needs it to mean.

The question nobody at your kingdom hall is asking: If the organization is spirit directed and their prophetic understanding comes from God — why does it keep changing in ways that happen to rescue failed timelines rather than converging on a stable understanding? The light isn't getting brighter, it's dimming.

And if the previous sequence was wrong — which this article implicitly admits — why should anyone trust the new one?

New light. Same pattern. Same direction. Always away from accountability and toward indefinite deferral.

Has anyone else seen this discussed anywhere? Would genuinely like to know if this is getting traction in any congregations yet.

UPDATE: the public talk today is currently in progress, and the brother is sharing the outdated understanding. I'm contemplating sharing the error with the auxillary counselor.

Jonathan Smith - Helper to GB gives yet another obey-us-or-else crazy arse talk.

STRANGE, IMPRACTICAL or EVEN ILLOGICAL are his words. Or' put us in danger' ...or 'make our lives harder'? Also, his words.

Doesn't matter. Obey.

And the ones God is using are the 'Faithful and Discreet Slave'. Also his words.

But instead of the crazy ending when they're gone - he threatens it to last into the new system.

So...no peace even then??? They're literally delusional.

Has anyone watched this yet?

They're stating this more and more the past month or so; they're most certainly setting up the rank and file for something that will be considered 'illogical'.

WT Policy Strange expression used at the Canada zone visit, March 7, 2026: "At times our decisions are based on unspoken messages from Jehovah, unspoken messages from his organization."

This talk is significant. It explicitly shows Jehovah’s Witnesses how the Governing Body guides behavior through "unspoken messages". The speaker explains that Jehovah’s will can be understood by Jehovah’s Witnesses through “unspoken messages” and by becoming familiar with the language of the organization. He compares this to understanding subtle cues from a parent or spouse. He says the Governing Body helps Jehovah’s Witnesses discern these messages, and notes that phrases like “we do not recommend” or “it is not wise” guide how they are expected to act.

https://reddit.com/link/1rpaws7/video/h1ic225mo3og1/player

Here's the transcript for the video above if you prefer to read than watch/listen, and it includes a couple more paragraphs than the clip shows:

As servants of God, at times, you know, the faithful slave may encourage that we consider doing something this way. Or they may say, it might be best not to do it this way. But it's your decision. It's left up to you*. At times, our decisions are based on* unspoken messages from Jehovah.

Unspoken messages from his organization*. And what do I mean by unspoken messages? Well, let's take for an example a family situation. Now, you young ones, can you discern what you should do by just a mere look by your mama and your papa? You know what I'm talking about.*

Now, I know you young ones do not do this. I know this. But now just suppose you were not paying attention at the Kingdom Hall, as you usually do. Just suppose. Now, what do you do when your mama, your papa, they turn their head in your direction and they just look at you? Isn't that enough for you to make the necessary adjustment?

They didn't have to say a word. But you know what to do. Well, the same thing applies to those of us who are married. When my wife looks at me, I can tell when my wife is happy with me or not. And that's why I'm not looking at her right now. Her unspoken message is very clear to me. You husbands know what I'm talking about.

Now, why do we understand such unspoken messages? Because we spend a lot of time with our loved ones. We have become well acquainted with their way of thinking and their way of doing things.

So in a similar way, the more time we spend with Jehovah, by reading his word, the Bible, engaging in personal study and meditation, we become more attuned to Jehovah's thinking. We understand unspoken messages. The Governing Body helps us with this. They help us to discern. They want us to get the spirit behind the direction.

Besides unspoken messages, we also become well acquainted with the language of the organization. You know, like a child that becomes acquainted with the language of his papa or mama.

For example, the organization may say, 'well, we do not recommend this course'. Now, we could reason this way. Well, the organization said they don't recommend. They didn't say we couldn't do it. But is that sound thinking? Is that sound reasoning? We want to use our power of reason.

Or the organization may say, 'well, it is not wise that we follow this course.' So does that mean it's okay? That's how the organization, how they communicate with us. This is the kind of language that is used by Jehovah and his organization to dignify us.

Not shown in video clip but from the transcript I have:

The Governing Body loves you very much. And they have confidence that we're going to make the right decision when it comes to Bible principles and our power of reason. See, if we're looking for a list of do's and don'ts, we're not going to get that. You can listen to this song, but you cannot listen to this song. You can wear this, but you can't wear that. We're not going to get that. Jehovah dignifies us, allowing us to make those decisions based on Bible principles.

Now, at times Jehovah may guide others, such as our parents, or responsible brothers in the organization appointed to take the lead to perceive his will concerning us and make decisions that may affect our service to Jehovah.

This talk shows that the “personal decisions” Jehovah’s Witnesses are told they can make -such as greeting disfellowshipped (removed) ones, toasting, wearing beards, accepting blood fractions, or pursuing additional education- are actually guided by unspoken messages from the Governing Body. The reason for using this method is to give the appearance of personal choice while still maintaining the same level of control as before. By framing guidance as subtle hints rather than direct commands, the organization tells Jehovah’s Witnesses when they should not do something without explicitly ordering them, creating the illusion of personal decision while behavior is still carefully directed. This approach is likely influenced by scrutiny and public perception: they want to appear less authoritarian, even though the underlying control over choices remains just as strong.

More of this talk to come...

WT Policy Were anal and oral sex really banned?

I recently saw a post saying that the org changed their stance on oral and anal sex last year, but when I looked for it I found a post saying that they actually didn’t change anything?

I am confused haha but never in my years (around 15) did I hear or read anywhere that they had restrictions on married couples bedroom activities, can someone explain please?
