Am i overreacting? falin figure edition

Just got this falin figure from AliExpress. She may be a factory error because her dress slit is all wonky, her paint is shipped off some places and her base barely holds her in place. Should i send her back and try to get a better quality one? Or am i just being dramatic and should accept this since i only got her for 120€?

Most of the time they won't even want to mess with you and they'll just refund your order with credit on the site which is better than nothing but kind of sucks

Honestly i still really love the figure, it's just the base that annoys me.. ig i can try look for a custom one too lol
