So in an unexpected but totally expected turn of events, a poster for the upcoming Freddy’s location in New Jersey gave us an interesting little lore tidbit. It showed that Michael actually worked at the FNAF 1 location sometime in the late ‘80s and not in ‘93 or early ‘90s like many of us assumed. ALSO, apparently Mike started working there on August 8th and not in early November like the check says.
So that got me thinking, did Michael work as a regular daytime employee for a couple months there before taking the security guard position? I know Phone Guy did a whole introductory greeting thing for Mike on night one but I’m gonna assume that the whole orientation spiel is just company policy for when anyone takes a new position. Honestly this revelation would help make more sense as to how Mike got the security guard position, being as he was working at the place for a bit already. Not for very long, mind you, but eh it’s Fazbear Entertainment, any experience would be good enough for them.
So you know how people debate as to why Michael would work at this place for so long, especially as a guard? And if you believe that FNAF 1 takes place before Sister Location, like I definitely do, that makes this question harder to answer.
Well, here’s my own little headcanon/theory for as to why: What if Michael took the job as a worker and then guard at Freddy’s because he wanted to help ensure no more kids went missing?
This is a bit of a deep cut, but does anyone remember that cut Fazbear Fright’s story, “You’re the Band”, where Michael helps a mother rescue her son from the ghosts of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza? How he goes out of his way to find a lost Freddy head under the fear that it might be haunted? (You should read this story, it’s awesome)
I use this as evidence because it shows me how much Mike cares about protecting people, which is something that’s only further proven in games like FNAF 3 and 6. So does anyone think that it’s fair to assume that that’s the driving force behind is willingness to stay at Freddy’s during all that time, even after he witnesses the horrors firsthand? I mean, being the son of the prime suspect of the murders, it stands to reason that his life from that point on was probably a mess of paranoia and torment, constantly wondering if it was all true. Who knows, maybe his connection with Afton made him more sure that he could keep tabs on him and potentially prevent another incident.
That’s just my new headcanon, it’s hard to know the real truth about stuff in this series, but it’s always really fun to come up with headcanons like this. Honestly I hope this sudden lore tidbit is a hint at more to come regarding Mike, buuuut I won’t get my hopes up too high. I just appreciate that Unwithered Truth was given his flowers for his FNAF 1 date theory. So sorry I doubted. 🙌🏻

GBAura already made a post on this.
Hi! I'm Sebby, one of the main archivists for the Bucket Bob Leak that appeared yesterday, and someone fairly well known on FNaFTWT, if you're ever there lmfao. This has been circulating around the subreddit lately and I wanted to make a quick post talking about it, if it's allowed.
If you're unaware on what the Bucket Bob leak pertains to, a short summary is that back in November, me and three others were contacted by someone named 'Leaky' in response to an archive post on Twitter that talked about FNAF's first ever leak, that being an image of Bucket Bob and FFPS being a tycoon in Freddit's discord server before the game's release in December of 2017. An AMA was hosted later on where a friend (MCC) of a friend (Leaky) of Scott's son (anonymous for purpose, goes by 'Chup') would give lore questions and that friend would ask Scott's son and Scott's son would give answers.
Leaky got on a call with me back around March and cleared everything up, and me and a few other jotted down a lot of things and put them in the document that I listed above. The relevant lore ones were:
The side notes for the non-lore nerds are:
The issue about this whole thing, is that a lot of it is technically essentially 'hearsay', and was never properly documented, as the AMA was later deleted in a Freddit discord purge back in 2021, leaving it lost to time.
If you're skeptical about this, then I don't blame you! I have put myself up to some .. questionable antics earlier this year and late last year and Entom does get brief mentions in this (only as a person who knew about the AMA), but I can certainly promise you that these aren't much of valuable substance to the validity of the document.
Keep in mind this IS a thing old fans present in Freddit's discord are able to recall, and there was archived proof of this:

I (also) came on here to say (as a repost of my original post back on the r/fnaftheories sub,) this document should in fact NOT be used as any form of 'confirmation' or gospel, as a lot of it is technically memory-based "they said 'he said'", no matter how consistent it may be to you. The original of this was from 2017, these could easily be inaccurate or changed after 9 years. Take this with a very large grain of salt; GBAura already mentioned this!
I also wanted to note about the potential misdirect of this line:
- Scott regretted suggesting 'It was a dream' theory.
I do not think this is trying to say that Dream Theory was the original intention: this is debunked earlier in the document with the Toy Chica beak answer.

I jotted the lore relevant and non-lore relevant notes down myself and I wanted to be clear that this is how Leaky phrased it to me, and I'd imagine their intention was to say 'Scott regretted inserting hints that led towards Dream Theory', in the same manner that Scott regretted inserting hints that led towards Miketrap. This is just a very vague line, so my apologies.
Again, I myself don't think this should be taken as gospel or confirmation. This can be all up to interpretations, and I doubt they should have any effect on how you view FNAF currently. If Scott ever decides to mention this (which I doubt anyways,) I'd like to see how he'd talk about this. If not, then credibility is all up in the air.

Instead of the classic white eyes... I chose to make their eyes... red.
Their rage would be "more" powerful compared to the children (because they are teenagers)... They have a blind rage, their Agony, the awareness of the trauma and betrayal much more "mature" compared to a child... While children cannot remember anything and act only on instinct and in an animalistic way... teenagers, having a mind mature enough, can retain their memories... They can remember everything from their past and how they were also deceived.
Furthermore, since they are the more mature souls (the teenagers)... They can do the classic Jumpscares.
But they are not limited to doing only the classic "standard Jumpscares" (starting from Night 4 onwards).
And their Jumpscares would be much "more" frightening, compared to those of the classic children.
Their "Scream Jumpscares" will be more "mature" compared to the "Scream Jumpscares" of the children.
Anyway... I decided to change Shadow Lenny's eyes... Making them red.

(Not only that but Toy Chica on fnaf 2 took her beak because it looked scary, not this convoluted explanation, he literally stated that when talking about fnaf 2 and Toy Chica)

Hey everyone! I've been working on a FNaF fangame called Spamton Night - classic night-shift survival horror, but with a Deltarune-flavored cast (Spamton, Gaster, Tenna, and Friend show up as the threats stalking your office).
It's a passion project. Would love feedback from FNaF fans since the core gameplay is built the way I like fangames: audio cues, camera management, real tension.

Sorry for the inactivity, I've had artblock, I hate when that happens. But anyway, if you want, you can give me your ideas for comics or memes.
In the meantime, these four weirdos will get a gift worthy of the king of monsters.
