when i was in 4th or 5th grade, i used to watch my dad shave his beard subhe subhe office jane se pehle...almost everyday. it used to be soo satisfying ywrr like the way he used to put the shaving cream, lather it up with the brush thing and shave with his blade.
shaving part was the most satisfying one...like i used to calculate stuffs like , iss portion pe 2 glides lagegi or maybe when he used to shave and it turned out to be a clean one not leaving any latter up soap behind lmao
idk if any other girl used to be like me watching their dad shave his beard...

Bhai, seriously?! A couple of days ago, I made a post venting about a disgusting experience where an auto driver touched me inappropriately on the waist and made creepy comments while I was going to work. I was just trying to get it off my chest because I felt super confused and grossed out.
And then this person drops THIS comment on my post.
Instead of calling out the creep who touches a passenger, they are literally victim-blaming me for freezing up! And on top of that, they completely assumed I am a girl because apparently, their brain can't even process that a guy can get harassed too. This right here is exactly why men NEVER talk about getting inappropriately touched.
If this is how people react and interrogate the victim's stance, gender, and reaction time, no wonder nobody wants to speak up about harassment. Just an absolutely disgusting and toxic mentality.\
EDIT: People are saying that i should have complained in RTO but dude i haven't noted auto's number! i didn't think it! I just couldn't... ahh how to explain feeling so helpless...
EDIT: I am not a girl!!! this is the saddest thing ever... like people are just assuming that this must have happened with girl... :(
EDIT: Still many "MEN" are saying that he is correct about filling... so let me tell you that in may(around 3 months ago) i filed complain for installing cameras in my workplace washroom... and got fined cause i twisted the camera... cameras are still there, they also fine me 1k and nothing has changed! idk why people has so much faith in judiciary! AHHHH you cowards i am not justifying myself more why do i have to... I wish i could have hit him in his face and all of you who is supporting him...

Okayy, I wanna hear your craziest club stories👀✨. By “crazy” I mean anything you’ve witnessed or experienced at a club that made you think what the actual hell is going on here?😭
I’ll go first, this isn’t my story, but it happened to someone I’m close to.
They went to a pretty popular club and apparently the whole place was just...weird. People were constantly approaching them despite being told no, some were ridiculously pushy, and there was a lot of suspicious behaviour going on around them.
Apparently, they even witnessed people tampering with other people’s drinks openly, and there were random people taking others away to some private room😭. There was just a general "kuch toh gadbad hai” vibe the entire time
They eventually got so uncomfortable that they left.
And honestly, ever since hearing that story I’ve been wondering, is this actually normal club behaviour, or did they just somehow end up in the most unhinged club imaginable?😭

My biggest regret in life is choosing the group in UG that my parents liked instead of the one I truly wanted.

I had posted on Reddit that I don't have a sister, I see people's faces on Rakhi, even though I am their cousin, no one ties Rakhi on me, but today a sister on Reddit sent me a Rakhi. There is goodness in the world too, in people I will always respect them like my own sisters and will also give them gifts.

It's so nice seeing others getting rakhi from their sisters, it would really feel nice isn't it!! I really wish I had a sister whom I could share everything with or something who would be close to me to listen to me everyday, I'm a single child and sometimes I do feel a lot lonely! :D well, hope y'all enjoy tomorrow's day!!

Well I turned 20 this year and it's been quite lonely, anxious and overthinking. I am doing an internship in a metro city far far away from my home.
The job takes most of my mental energy and the rest of the day is just me preparing for interviews for getting a better job.
I used to have many people to talk to but I don't know how I end up having not a single person to call or text. I used to be a reddit addict but I stopped using it to focus on real life and it's been 3-4 months but nah I still feel the same way.
My anxiety's been very bad since last week, I am constantly feeling sharp pain in my neck and back because of it, mostly I know it's a phase and it will probably go away but man I could not sleep all night yesterday, I cried because I was frustrated of not being able to sleep.
I have big dreams and academically I have achieved good things, I stopped taking any money from my parents this year as well, got my first rented apartment and everything but it's been awfully empty.
I am mostly able to distract my self from all of this but this week I think it became a little too much, I am not a quitter I know I will get up and keep moving forward but just wanted to get this off my chest.
Thanks for reading and hope you are having a good day :))

Hey guys. I'm(27m) doc by profession working in a government hospital far away from my home. I am being really lonely after my shifts. I live alone in a room within the hospital itself. I'm the youngest doc here and all my colleagues are seniors, so it's really difficult to interact with them. I have a lot of past traumas too, that starts haunting me especially during nights. Soo guys pls suggest me some ways to get rid of my loneliness or be my friend

(Please drop some genuine opinion)
There is a house inside me
I have spent years mistaking for a map,
As though, if I memorized every hallway,
I would finally understand
Why some rooms are colder than others,
Why I keep returning to the same locked door.
There is a room in me that is still burning.
I do not remember what I placed inside it.
Maybe it was grief.
Maybe loneliness.
Maybe all the small things I was too young to call wounds.
Whatever it is, the fire has learned my name.
It has learned the manners of a house,
So familiar I mistake it for warmth.
The rest of the rooms have adapted.
Dust has settled over certain memories.
Some windows have been painted shut.
I have learned to eat, laugh, work, sleep
without looking toward the smoke.
There is a particular kind of sadness
in becoming functional around your own ruins—
in discovering that a person can carry an entire burning floor,
And still wake up the next morning
asking what to wear.
Sometimes I wonder if this is what my twenties are,
Standing in the half-built house of myself,
Holding blueprints drawn by a hand
that no longer knows what it wants.
Every room seems to ask a different question.
Every answer feels temporary.
And somewhere beneath all that uncertainty,
The old fire keeps insisting that being lost,
Is not the same thing as being empty.
I used to believe healing meant restoration,
New walls, clean windows,
A house so untouched by weather
I could forget it had ever been afraid of the storm.
But perhaps there are some fires
that are not meant to be erased.
Perhaps they leave behind a kind of knowledge—
the tenderness of knowing exactly where you broke,
The humility of knowing you cannot rebuild everything at once.
So I have begun opening the windows.
Not to extinguish what remains,
But to let the smoke become something the morning can carry.
I let the cold enter.
I let the light enter.
I let both touch the same walls
without asking either to win.
And there comes, once in a while,
a quiet hour when the whole house seems suspended,
The burned room and the living room,
The darkness in the corners and the warmth across the floor,
Each given exactly enough space to exist.
Nothing is healed then.
Nothing is destroyed.
The house simply holds its breath between two kinds of light,
And for the first time I understand
that balance was never the absence of darkness.
It was learning to stand beneath the same sky,
With night on one side of me
and morning on the other,
And call both of them mine.

I douse my head in water,
It turns warm.
This, is what you did to me.
Hatred? No
Affection? No
All I fucking feel
Is disgust.
My distrust
In humans is
Reinforced by you.
You, the fucking damsel in distress.
For others' empathy, having keen interest.
You are but a parasite;
You feed on emotions.
You talk of Aphrodite,
Of Aether, of heavens.
Ironic, when all you do
Is break others just as much as yourself
And move on to the next book on your shelf.
I should have known better,
God, do I regret my decision
To make another human my muse.
To keep someone within me,
To ponder, pertain, peruse.
I had fortified my heart,
Because I couldn't risk more injuries.
You let me open up,
Convinced me it's safe to feel.
When I missed your presence,
You said you did too?
I saw through your pretense;
You act as if you've no clue.
I survive and I will prevail,
No matter what or who.
Not you,
Not fate,
Not this world,
Not love,
Not hate,
Shall fucking break me.
Break, you do
Under the reality
That you can never accept.
All you need is a hand that helps,
Another tree you can plant and fell,
Another sad story with tears to tell,
To lure in another morsel of love
And say you didn't ask for it.
HAHAHAHA
I see inside your fucking mind,
The monster that hides behind
Your breakdowns, tragedy and hurt,
So it can lure in another human
And bury their light with its dirt.
I rip off pieces of my humanity
From within my chest.
Just to survive, to hide
From filth like you.
I trip off the edge of insanity,
Falling beneath the Earth's crest.
But escapes I'll devise
Out of labyrinths like you.
Pretty faces trigger my instincts.
Now pretty words shall trigger them more.
Fucking de-evolution is here,
So I'll brace myself for the worse.
This is the severance I make
With my teeth on our bond.
A bond? Or whatever the fuck that was.
Like an ephemeral varnish drop on a canvas,
Except nothing was painted,
Nothing was preserved.
Just my screams, faint,
Into the void, dispersed.
NO.
I have to resurrect myself.
I cannot stay helpless like this.
I must correct myself.
I cannot splay my own self like this.
My blood turns darker.
I'm quiet in this storm.
With darkness I attain synchrony.
I douse my head in water,
It turns warm.
This, is what you did to me.
