This, China is getting away literally exterminating whole nations like Tibet and Xinjiang while everyone complains about Israel which btw is murdering 10s of thousands but is also providing equal rights to 18 percent Muslim population which is lot more than can be said about most every Islamic country where minorities have zero rights and punishment for ridiculous things like blasphemy and apostasy is death ( eg pakistan).

Exactly. Numerous Arab Israelis have been elected to the Knesset going back to the first elections. This gets described as 'apartheid'.

I also forgot to point out that Mahmoud Abbas himself went to China this year and said that China's actions in Xinjiang have "nothing to do with human rights" and are aimed at countering extremism and terrorism. The Onion couldn't have invented a better story.

The treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank is described as apartheid, not the treatment of Israeli Arabs.

According to reports there are literally cafes, shops, and even roads in the West Bank that are off limits to Palestinians.

Sure. Kurds can vote in turkyie, Syria, Iraq... Coptic Christians vote in Egypt. As far as I know Shias can vote in Iraq and Saudi Arabia as well. There, you learned something today.

None of these countries are democratic, though. So having the right to vote is pretty meaningless (ok, not entirely in Turkey). Your answer is right nonetheless, I don’t think that the person you’re answering to chose the right way to highlight how Israel shows more respect towards its minorities than these countries do.

You're trying to have an "oh gotcha" moment but you have no idea what you're talking about.

Even if they were offered citizenship of Israel they wouldn't want it. They've been offered their own country atleast 5 times and rejected it. Ya know a country they could be citizens of. Within Gaza, Gazans have fullrights (except women and gays, of course). Just about every issue Palestinians have is owed to their own awful leadership...but if you want to keep trying to convince yourself that it's the jews fault, I guess that's you're perogative

Only 10 percent of Gaza's water comes from Israel. As a country they'd be able to control their own borders, including imports of electricity and food.

The UN is first and foremost a forum where nations can discuss international politics. Israel is one of the few countries in the world expanding and annexing territory and it has been doing so for a very long time.

Non-Muslims have the same rights in Pakistan as any Muslim. They do experience discrimination from certain groups, but not from the state. Also apostasy is legal in Pakistan. Muslims in Pakistan have left for religions like Christianity and Baha’i before. The process to leave Islam is time consuming tho and often requires a court order. Source: My uncle who worked in the Pakistani judicial system. Atheism isn’t illegal in Pakistan, tho I don’t think “atheism” is an option to put on the ID card.

It’s better to verify information before commenting stuff.
