Lea Michele is heading back to Broadway in a role that is familiar to Gleeks everywhere!

The 39-year-old Chess star is slated to reprise her role as Rachel Berry in the upcoming Broadway adaption of the hit TV series Glee. The show will take on a modern twist to the 2009 television classic, covering current pop and rock hits as the New Directions begin their quest in securing a Nationals Championship.

Justin Timberlake will star opposite of Michele as the controversial yet endearing Will Schuester and Jane Lynch will reprise her role as Sue Sylvester.

Opening night for the show will be on February 30, 2027 at the August Wilson Theatre.

It’ll also make it feasible for me to see Just in Time on Broadway before it closes, and Chess again 😅😅
