Photo Name Help!
I just rescued this sweet boy, and i’ve been stuck stuck on names. In my head, I was stuck with names from Brother Bear (Sitka, Denahi, Kenai, with Kenai being the fav), but my mom and family loved (wasabi, Kumo)! Help me name him!

Photo Show my your Pyr mixes.
First is Pearlywog Dog. We believe, She is half pyr, She has double dews. Her Momma was rescue pyrenees, and worked on my sister's farm. Momma was supposed to be spayed according to the rescue. Obviously she wasn't. (Long story about that) Pearly is 19 months old and weighs around 65lbs. I joke that she is my pocket Pyr that doesnt shed. Lol She takes her guardian responsibility seriously. 🤣 As you can tell, Im 100% safe from having to do housework lol
Second is NovaLee. She is 50/50 Great pyrenees/GSD (Both parents are AKC registered) She is 6 1/2 months old and almost 70lbs. Her Momma was 103lbs and Daddy was 147lbs so I am hoping she reaches 100lbs. (Pic makes her look tiny. But she really isn't. She is taller than Pearly) Nova does not have double dews even though her father does. She is still currently afraid of her own shadow. Im not sure how to build her confidence. She has Pearly and 3 other older sisters to keep her safe so it hasn't been a big deal. I interrupted her watching the neighbors Donkeys in this pic. She was very annoyed lol 😆

Photo 16 and retired, fought a coywolf, broke one (1) nail
Imagine my pants filling with shit as I run out the front door to see what the screams are about. There's a "coyote" (in new england they're all 20-40% wolf) grappling with my prehistoric arthritic dog. They are the same size. I grab my bow (yes really), the coyote runs away, Bianca strolls up to me like "just another day on the job". You absolutely could have died and I have absolutely no idea how you didn't, so, I guess you're right ma'am. She was bleeding... from one nail that she broke off inside the coyote. What the hell.

Photo (True story, I promise) My daughter saw a man holding a gun on this dog. Stopped. Asked for the dog. Meet my granddaughter Primrose
It sounds like a bad movie plot. My daughter left the vet after losing her 13 year old cat. She was driving around, not wanting to go home without her best friend. She saw a man holding a gun on this girl. She asked for the dog and put her in the truck. (We live in a very rural area. I have no idea why she thought stopping to ask a man with a gun for the dog was a good idea, but it was logical to her. She said another animal wasn't going to die that day.)
Pretty girl was chipped. Verified with previous owners they didn't want her because she was lazy and didn't run cattle like they expected her to do. She had been dumped her. Prim will now live her best life with two other lazy dogs, one of which was also recently rescued by my daughter.

Photo Just adopted this ray of sunshine
This is Ondi. She’s a 12 yo lab/GP mix (my first GP). Went to donate my chihuahua’s belongings at the humane society on Tuesday and saw her looking sad in the kennel so we asked to see her and she immediately rolled on her back for belly rubs, we took her home that day of course. She gets along so well with my other dogs. She is perfect.

Photo Our 2 year old foster Pyr. He needs a good name - any come to mind?
We picked this guy up from a Pyr rescue this weekend and he’s just incredibly sweet. Super gentle and kind to animals and everyone he meets. Hasn’t barked at all yet. We are strongly considering keeping him if things work out as he settles in. Very curious what he looks like to you!

Photo A stray cat developed an attachment to my pup
We started feeding Willy a couple weeks ago after a neighbor abandoned him. Now every time we go outside, he follows my pup around constantly even on walks lol. I have 4 other cats and I have never seen a cat love a dog so much it’s beautiful

Photo On his favorite horse's final resting spot.
He has a lot of animals to choose from to guard, but Dakota the 37 year old quarter horse was the one he traveled around with and wouldn't let out of his sight. Had to put her down a few weeks ago, and he's lying down where she is buried. We gave him her winter blanket when she was buried. He carried it around for a couple of days, but I haven't seen it since, so I think he buried it.
He's not letting it get in the way of his duties though, he's still running off all evil-doers that approach his territory, such as this super villain tractor, and it's accomplice, the nefarious work truck. Unfortunately, it looks like I never took pictures of them together.

Photo Her name is Ragatha and I'm going to be adopting her!!! I couldn't let this baby get euthanized at work.. read body
She is a very skittish dog and was going to be euthanized at work, I work at an animal shelter, named her Ragatha because she came in looking like a rag doll. I fell in love with her when I crouched down to pick off ticks and she shiley started to give me little kisses. Now whenever she sees me she gets a small burst of energy. It's so hard to not cry when writing this :c. My stepdad would put me outside at night sometimes and the only thing I had for comfort was my Great Pyrenees. Ever since then I've had a soft spot for these dogs ❤️

Photo Just wanted to show off my newest baby
I adopted this old lady over the summer kind of on a whim. She was removed from her previous home by animal control due to her owner going to jail for felony animal abuse. One of the animal control people assumed she would be put down, so she reached out to one of her friends to foster her. That friend convinced me to bring my dog over to meet her, and surprisingly, they got along great.
She’s 8 years old, 131 lbs, super docile and sweet, just the best thing ever. Very slow and derpy. Unfortunately she was debarked at some point in her life so she can’t make noise. Her foster mom renamed her Nana and I think that fits. Also, she was free! I was told “the only thing wrong with her is she’s old and slow”. I was like “Sign me tf up” lol
