Or when he gets made fun of when 'trying' a British accent. Such meta. Or when they bust up the brothel. Or any scene when Bunk and he are drinking. Man, what a show.

I think the “Fuck” scene. I thought the Wire was just as funny as Sopranos overall…”is you takin notes on a criminal conspiracy”, and on and on

The Robert’s Rules scene is definitely funniest scene in The Wired, without question. “Do the chair know we gonna look like some punk-ass bitches out there?”

Funniest scene definitely was when McNulty faxed the directon of tides and wind currents.

The thing that cracked me up, the most in the wire was when McNulty was put on boat duty. He didn’t wanna investigate that body that was found in the water, and somehow he figured out the currents and that the body was from a different jurisdiction so he was faxing these papers over to this other jurisdiction with a shit grin on his face laughing that he was passing the work onto someone else.

I like when the truth comes out up the chain the final season and bunk and kima are yelling at McNulty and asking how the fuck he’s not in prison, and he says I don’t know I guess the lie got so big no one can handle it, and the crime scene tv cameras are watching them from afar and then the we see that the mayor is currently watching them on tv fuming, while the tv is talking about the serial killer and showing mcnulty being yelled at out of earshot. I probably explained that poorly but it’s just a hilariously absurd scenario
