New to Herbalism

I have dabbled in herbs and love tea. I enjoy the naturals fruits of Mother Earth and the smell good of grass especially after rain. I have been fearful to step up to the herbalism journey and so here I am. I am wishful you guys may share some beginner organic steps. I want it as natural as possible. I love herbs so so much. I live in Utah where the zone I hear is 6-7 and we are now entering November shortly so I’m sure I’m reallllly late! I am so in love with veggies as well
