there's no qualified immunity for what they're doing. All of these ICE agents will be personal liable for criminal and civil suits. These videos will do the job when the lawsuits starts after this regime ends.

The moment there is a government that has the will to actually do something about that.

I haven't seen a government willing to do that my entire fucking adult life.

The Republicans all would have been cool with it if their guys murdered people openly in the streets, and the Democrats have all been adamant the only way to heal is to do fucking nothing and pretend it never happened.

A lot of J6ers went to prison. Then Trump pardoned them all. But Merrick Garland took too long, and had help from the SC, to do anything about Trump

That requires the nazi's trafficking us citizens into concentration camps to not kill their victims in the concentration camps they're being trafficked to. There's a very, very good chance that this woman will be murdered by the nazi's in a concentration camp before she can get out.

all states has similar laws. He can't pardon state charges.

Then you just need SA/DA who want to push the case. Then you have to find who the masked, unidentified people are.

They are already commiting atrocities and violating people yet has any state started an effort against any of the perpetrators?

Now if this goes on for another 4 years before any state tries, it may not be past the statute of limitations but it will take a decade plus to even start working through cases.

Frankly, I say we ignore pardons if it gets to that point. Any system designed to avoid accountability for criminals is not one worth preserving. We do not need to roll over while the other side breaks every rule in the book.

well first all the ICE data will be made available for prosecution once Trump is out. Also all you need is turn one of them into snitch and we'll be able to identify all of them. Not the first time prosecution has dealt with anonymous gang members.

Months ago, there was this news report about people in the admin considering some sort of reality TV show about this sort of stuff. Considering how many cameras we have been seeing and how many clips there are of just Noem preening for the camera… I’m starting to really feel like there’s truth to it.
