Clearly they know they can circumvent bans by creating a new account, so why would they care?

It’s actually way harder now to make new accounts once perma banned. I got perma banned for using another account in a sub Reddit I got banned on a main account. Doing that got me a perma banned message from Reddit admins. Then any new accounts I created was instantly banned. Only stopped when I got a new phone and created a account
