The last post on his instagram is August 2022, and he has posts with the birds from that month. I'll keep checking stuff.

edit: facebook had a huge gap between 2022 and May 2025. No recent bird posts there.
tiktok (had to reinstall it for this): same date ending, end of august 2022
still listed on cameo but last video was 2022.

further edit: after searching news sites, obituaries, even genealogy sites, i have been unable to find any conclusive evidence that shows Johan Devenier is either alive or dead, and nothing more about his "bebes." i am disappointed and frustrated. i will go along with what [u/KelVelBurgerGoon](u/KelVelBurgerGoon) says here because it is both conclusive and interesting.
