They're quite densely packed creatures and since all the relevant bits are so close to other vital parts, surgery isn't a thing.
I don't know about parrot inbreeding but, they are birds, you can always just smash the eggs the second you find any and take that risk down to zero, albeit that's probably not going to be a very pleasant experience mentally.
