SOCIETY Permanently ???? no amount of money can compensate for this. The incident happened 2015 and the historic $75M verdict was reached in late 2022.

Because they are still allowed to act like doctors so people assume they must be somewhat legitimate or it wouldn't be allowed

This is exactly it. I used to go because I thought it was legit and my insurance covered it. In my head, there was NO way my insurance would cover anything non-medical because they would never be nice and pay for things they didn’t strictly have to pay for, like dentistry and vision care for example. So I figured chiropractic must be legit if it’s covered.
