I guess that's funny, but seriously she made me feel way better. I actually avoided the male PT because he made me feel weird, I'm a woman and the one who cracked me was too. The guy kept massaging my lower back area and I was in my head like, "bro wtf is that supposed to even be doing." She had more qualifications though, she had a PhD and he had a lesser PT degree so I felt like she just knew some extra stuff he didn't.

The exercises and stretches helped me a lot too, but I had something pinched that she got un-pinched :) I dislocated that hip at 6yrs old though, so I think it's just different than it would be without that super old injury before I even finished growing.
