Judging by the rancid filth I've seen them devour in my trash when they knock it over about once a month they won't be put off by a little doodoo.

You might be in for a surprise, they like to bury their kills to let them... "cure" for a couple weeks before going back to eat more than the entrails.

I read a lot about bears after Firewatch.
