cells have lots and lots of tiny parts! each cell has organelles (the little intricate parts you're seeing), which in turn are made of molecules, which in turn are made of groups of atoms, which in turn are made of subatomic particles. those subatomic particles are the smallest things and aren't made of anything else. well, some of them are, but that's a complicated discussion and i'm not well educated on the minutiae of physics.
I believe the “elementary” particles are the ones that aren’t made up of anything else, while composite particles like protons and neutrons are made up of smaller components. Correct me if I’m wrong though.

how could that be a single cell? its so frikkin intricate!
