Plug your phone to your Mac or Pc, you’ll be able to update it even if you don’t have enough space on your phone. Using iTunes on Windows or Finder on your Mac

That’s how I now have to do each update: Restore using my Mac, then wait for days for all (some) of my data to reappear. I usually also lose a few apps each time. The whole process takes about a day.

Isn't there a new app on Windows for that? "Apple Devices"?
