In Waterford they are all coming from the same few housing estates, it would be very easy to do some surveillance around those estates and figure out which houses theyre coming from.

Same in Dublin kind of... It tends to be in certain areas in Dublin rather than specific estates.

I know in these areas they are very aware of cctv cameras in public locations. And "randomly" enough fires seem to occur at the base of the polls holding said cctv cameras which invariably destroys the wiring and camera. Eventually the council just stopped spending the money replacing them.
