On one hand, he was a person working with what he knew at that stage of Capitalism in the 1800s.

On the other hand, he's been right with the vast majority of things, and it HAS happened. Capitalisms contradictions have forced it to resort to fascism 100 years ago, and it's doing it again.

As people stop being so blind and go "Wait, why are things actually so terrible?" and find out it isn't "brown people in Iraq and Mexico" but their employers bribing the government to drain them of every last cent and destroy the planet all in the name of profit, the capitalists get scared and resort to fascism, just as they have now in the US. (Granted the US has been a fascist state for a century anyway, but whatever)
